Artwork Guidelines

Size:

Correct artwork size as per need. For all folded brochures, artwork should be supplied flat size.

• A0 – 841 × 1189 mm
• A1 – 594 × 841 mm
• A2 – 420 × 594 mm
• A3 – 297 × 420 mm
• A4 – 210 × 297 mm
• A5 – 148 × 210 mm
• A6 – 105 × 148 mm
• DL – 99 × 210 mm

File Type:

PDF, JPEG

Resolution:

Minimum of 300 dpi for all artwork

Bleed:

3 mm (extended artwork for trimming). For booklets, bleed should be 5 mm.

Margin:

3 mm (text should be 3 mm away from trim line). For booklets, margin should be 10 mm.

Color Mode:

CMYK

Crop Marks:

Should be 2 mm away from the trim line

Images Resolution:

Minimum 300 dpi at 100% zoom

Image Link:

Font Size:

Minimum 8 pt recommended

Fonts:

Outlined (converted to curves) / embedded

Lines:

Minimum thickness should be 0.3 pt

Imposition:

Artwork should be one-up (100% size)

Transparencies:

Flattened

Border:

Minimum 5 mm thickness

Ink Coverage:

Should not exceed 300% for coated stock & 240% for uncoated stock

Rich Black:
